I don't know how to explain it but I bought it for my son and he has really really bad anxiety and for the past few weeks or so when I bought the sad nuggie he loves it! He named him mister nuggie and he never leaves his side. I'm so glad that I bought and love how safe he feels with Mister nuggie definitely might get another one for him soon
