Hey everyone! My name is Ryan Thompson; owner and one of the creators behind Sad Nuggie. Sad Nuggie is, in many ways, a representation of myself. Almost all of the ideas for Sad Nuggie come from my day to day life. I love video games, watch horror movies, snacking, sleeping, and am constantly battling with mental health. Sad Nuggie is a way to express what I, along with millions of others are dealing with. It's been amazing seeing Sad Nuggie resonate with hundreds of millions of people around the world!

Sad Nuggie came to life with the talented artist Anastasia Sevastyanova, known as sevastasi. She has been a dedicated freelance digital illustrator since 2019. With a rich portfolio, she has lent her artistic prowess to numerous children's and young adult books. Her expertise extends into character design and sticker art, with the iconic Sad Nuggie standing out as a testament to her passion and dedication. Anastasia approaches her craft with meticulous care, infusing each project with a profound love for her work. Her journey in the realm of digital illustration reflects a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for bringing stories to life visually.

Considering that we only started working together in 2024, it is truly an honor for me to be on this page with everyone! If you pet our security manager Storm, I will Awooo. If there's any funny business at all, guess what? Awooo. I like bones, my opossum from the dollar store, and going for car rides.

WOOF. I am Storm. I am an Alaskan Malamute. I handle the deliveries, alerting the shop promptly when they arrive. I check all of our shipments very carefully. I sniff them all over before anyone in the shop can open them. When I am done I get head pats. I like belly rubs, my lamb chop, and zooming in circles at the park.
