Counterfeit Products

Sad Nuggie plushies and products are only authentic when purchased directly through our official website or through explicitly listed, authorized partnerships.

Any Sad Nuggie products sold through unofficial websites, third-party marketplaces, social media ads, or unapproved sellers are counterfeit.

Counterfeit products:

• Are not designed, approved, or quality-checked by our team

• Often uses stolen artwork or imagery

• Do not meet our safety, quality, or ethical standards

• Do not support the artists, staff, and community behind Sad Nuggie

Counterfeiting directly harms our business by:

• Taking revenue away from the creators and employees who build Sad Nuggie

• Undermining product quality and customer trust

• Funding theft of intellectual property and creative work

We actively monitor for counterfeit activity and take action to remove unauthorized listings, issue takedown notices, and pursue enforcement where necessary. This includes working with platforms, payment processors, and legal channels when required.

• Brand language, naming, and lore

These materials are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
