The Nuggies in the Postal Division read every letter and deliver it straight to Santa Nuggie. They handle thousands of messages a day, powered entirely by Unicorn magic and an impressive amount of snacks, so they never miss a single one.

DEpartment of Merry Masterpieces
The Nuggies in this department sole responsibility is to design and release a brand-new coloring sheet every day of December. They make sure each page has just the right mix of holiday cheer and cozy vibes. Rumor has it they haven’t slept since November… but they insist they're “thriving.”

Ministry of Puzzles & Play
Run by Nuggies who claim to be “very smart”, this department handles all crosswords, word searches, riddles, and brain-tickling activities. Their mission is to keep your brain warm during winter by making it work just enough but never too much. Powered by cocoa and an unnecessary amount of tiny pencils, they release a new activity whenever the Head Elf approves.

Department of Imaginative Realms
This department is run by Nuggies who spend all day creating tiny interactive worlds, magical habitats, and cozy little places for your imagination to wander. They build forests, snow villages, and questionable portals using glitter, cardboard, and way too many snacks. Each world is inspected for maximum coziness and minimum danger (Nuggie-proofed, mostly). Whenever a new realm opens, they ring a tiny bell no one can find.

Ministry of Design & Contest rulings
The Nuggies in this department oversee all design choices and contest rulings. Armed with tiny clipboards, point cards, colorful markers, and questionable judgment, but they make sure every decision is fair and fabulous.
