Cute, but overpriced

My kids love them, but I was sent an additional bill from Fed Ex after I received the plushie. I thought the tariffs and taxes were baked into the price, since it was pretty expensive for a Plushie. Unfortunately, I will not be making anymore purchases.

We completely understand how frustrating a tariff bill from FedEx can be. We want to clarify that the charge you received is a fee from FedEx, not from Sad Nuggie. This is a standard fee that FedEx charges on international shipments entering the United States, and unfortunately it's something that is outside of our control.

We do our best to make sure all of our customers are aware of this before purchasing. This information is outlined on our Shipping Policy page, in our FAQ, at checkout under the shipping method, and in the order confirmation email. We always want to be as transparent as possible so there are no surprises.

We hope the tariff situation settles down eventually and these bills can go away!
