Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when the order ships!
Are sale prices online the same in store?
No. We offer different promotions online and in-store. we do not price match between the two. Price adjustments also aren't available on sale items. If an item was purchased at regular price before a sale began, we're not able to adjust it afterward.
Do you do exchanges?
We accept exchanges in store, not online. Items must be in perfect condition with all packaging and accessories, and accompanied by the original receipt to initiate an exchange. Exchanges can be made for another item of equal or lesser value.
Are there Tariffs to the states?
Yes. We used to cover these but no longer do so. You will be charged a tariff between 10 - 40% of certain products. This price changes all the time.
You can expect a bill from FedEx 2-3 weeks after your shipment unless you paid it at the door or online during customs check.
how long are the processing times & shipping during the holidays?
We are currently at a 2-3 business day turn around time for all orders. So make sure you order well in advance to allow our team to get your order out well before Christmas.
