Shipping Locations, Pricing & Times

Sad Nuggie ships worldwide from Ontario, Canada. Majority of orders are shipped using UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. All shipments come with tracking. Some international addresses may not show up during checkout. If this happens, please message our team and we can send a custom order link.

We offer free standard shipping to North America on orders over $75 USD and International orders over $120 USD.

We use both flat fees & updated live rates from our partnered couriers. Starting as low as $9 to North America with International shipping prices starting at $12. Price subject to change depending on what you order. You can choose from a couple different methods during checkout such as express shipping. 

*Flat fee shipping means it's the same price whether you purchase one item or 100 items*

Standard UPS shipping times are as follows" (Please note these are estimates from our partnered couriers & are not guaranteed)

  • Canada: ≈ 1 - 7 days
  • America: ≈ 1 - 8 days
  • International: ≈ 3 - 21 days

Express shipping times range from ≈ 1 - 10 days to anywhere in the world.

Standard Canada Post times are as follows:

  • Canada: ≈ 1 - 10 days
  • America: 6-11 days
  • International: 7 - 35 days

Order Processing Times

*Please keep in my mind that order volumes can slow down our processing times, so please be patient if it takes a couple days to get your order out. We currently backed up and have a 3-7 day processing time*

*Please note that SHIPPING TIMES are separate from PROCESSING TIMES.
Processing times may vary depending on the order and how many orders are ahead of yours. 

We do our best to ship out within 24 hours for all in stock items. Custom items may take a few days.

We ship out daily except for weekends.

Sad Nuggie does not take responsibility for any possible duties or custom fees.

Sad Nuggie does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, untracked or missing packages or for missing packages that are marked delivered. We also do not take responsibility for packages damaged during transit by our shipping partners.

The Sad Nuggie team does their best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner but please note that the Sad Nuggie team has no control once the package has been shipped.

Sad Nuggie is always here to help with shipping as best as we can. If you have any issues with anything please reach out to our team.

Reships

If a package is lost during transit or returned than please reach out to our team. We will be able to assess the situation and see what can be done to get your package to you.

It is your sole responsibility to enter your correct shipping information. If your order has shipped and you realized you made a mistake with your address, you will have to wait until the package is returned to us for a reship. We can reship your order if you pay the shipping again. 

Missing or Faulty Product

If you receive your package and there is a missing item or a damaged item please reach out to us so we can make it right. If we made an error we will fix it.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items do not qualify for free shipping. We recommend purchasing a pre-order item & regular items separately. Regular items allow you to qualify for free shipping.

If you purchased a pre-order item along with regular items, your order will be split into two shipments. The items in-stock will be shipped as usual.
