Frequently asked questions - Holiday 2025

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when the order ships.

How long are the processing times & shipping during the holidays?

We are currently at a 2-3 day turn around time for all orders. So make sure you order well in advance to allow our team to get your order out well before Christmas.

Shipping times range from 1 - 5 days depending where you are in the world. You can find everything regarding shipping on our policy   here and our Holiday blog post here.  

Are sale prices online the same in store?

We offer different promotions online and in-store, and we don’t price-match between the two. Price adjustments also aren’t available on sale items. If an item was purchased at regular price before a sale began, we’re not able to adjust it afterward.

Do you do exchanges?

We accept exchanges in store, not online. 
Items must be in perfect condition, with all packaging and accessories, and accompanied by the original receipt to initiate an exchange. Exchanges can be made for another item of equal value.

I ordered online for a pickup, when can i come get it?

For pickup orders, please allow our team up to 4 days to prepare your items. You’ll receive an email or text notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

If you arrive before receiving that notification, your order will not be ready. Our team prepares pickups in the order they’re received, and we can’t skip anyone in the queue.
