Amazing and high quality product!

Nuggies awesome, communication flawed

I received my newest four Nuggies and they are of excellent quality and cute as a button as always. However, in my order should have been a packet of stickers for which I paid customs because it was part of the price on the package. The stickers weren't insider. So I reached out and asked for a refund, because sending it out a second time wouldn't be feasible for sadnuggie because of the shipping cost AND for me because of the additional and second time customs I would have to pay. For two weeks I heard nothing back regarding my concerns. And after adressing it a second time, I received a tracking number without any E-Mail back. I voiced my dissapointment again and still haven't heard back. I have to say that wasn't a very good experience. :(
