U.S. import terms
By continuing to checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your order may be subject to U.S. import charges, including customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, disbursement or processing fees, and any other cross-border charges.
FedEx (or U.S. Customs / Homeland Security) will bill you for these charges separately, usually after delivery. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Any amount shown by Sad Nuggie is an estimate only. Your actual charges may be higher or lower.
These charges are set and collected by U.S. Customs and the carrier, not Sad Nuggie. Sad Nuggie has no control over them and is not responsible or liable for them.
Sad Nuggie cannot refund, waive or reimburse import charges, and refusing a parcel to avoid them does not entitle you to a refund of the order or shipping.
Delivery times to the U.S. are estimates. Due to ongoing trade rules and changing policies, parcels may be held at the border for extended periods, and the carrier may contact you directly to request paperwork, identification or payment before release. You are responsible for responding to the carrier; a parcel returned or abandoned because these requests were not answered is not eligible for a refund. Sad Nuggie will share whatever tracking information the carrier provides but cannot expedite, locate or guarantee delivery once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, and a customs delay is not grounds for a refund or chargeback.
Sad Nuggie will help wherever we can. Our team is working hard to make shipping to the U.S. as smooth as possible, but much of the process sits with Customs and the carrier, outside our control. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work through it together.
