super expensive once you include shipping and then the additional charge fedex will bill you. not as soft as i thought it would be and could see strings coming out

I'm sorry the U.S. import/tariff fees caught you off guard. Unfortunately, those charges are set by the U.S. government, not by us, and we don't receive any portion of them. We do our best to make this clear before checkout so there aren't any surprises. Trust me, we hate these fees just as much as you do.

I'm also sorry to hear about the loose threads. If you could send us a few photos, we'd be happy to take a look. If it's a manufacturing issue, we'll absolutely make it right.
