Shipping Policy

*Please note that shipping estimates are just estimates and not exact time frames. Shipping times may be slower over the Holidays.*

Sad Nuggie ships to most countries. We do not ship to Mexico.

If your address is not recognized during checkout please reach out to our team. In most cases we can ship to you but will have to do a custom order.

Most orders are fullfilled same day. Custom orders such as apparel can take 1 - 3 days to fullfil. We do not ship out on weekends as the carrier is closed.

Depending on what contact information you used during checkout you will receive an email and or text updates regarding your order & shipping status.

Upon checkout you can choose from a variety of shipping options. Please keep in mind that unless stated, there will be no tracking. If you want tracking make sure you choose an option with tracking. *Sad Nuggie recommends tracked packages*

We do not send stickers or small items in letter mail.

You will be able to see shipping estimates when selecting a shipping method during checkout.

Sad Nuggie is not responsible for any custom & duty fees, lost or untracked packages.

The Sad Nuggie team does their best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner but please note that the Sad Nuggie team has no control once the package has been shipped.

If your package says delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to our team.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items do not qualify for free shipping. We recommend purchasing a pre-order item & regular items separately. Regular items allow you to qualify for free shipping.

If you purchased a pre-order item along with regular items, your order will be split into two shipments. The items in-stock will be shipped as usual.
