Shipping Locations, Pricing & Times

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO boxes currently due to the Canada Post Strike. Our main courier partner is FedEx.
Free shipping to North America on all orders over $100.
We cover all import tariffs for U.S. customers — no surprise fees, courier charges, or government tariffs. We take care of that cost for you.
Overseas Shipping
We ship worldwide and include tracking with every order.
If your international address doesn’t appear during checkout, please contact our team — we can create a custom order link for you.
We’re working on expanding free shipping options to more regions soon!

Order Processing Times
Processing times depend on order volume and typically range from 1–3 business days during busy periods.
While we aim to process in-stock orders within 24 hours, custom items may require additional time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note: Shipping time begins after processing is complete.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sad Nuggie covers all import tariffs for U.S. customers.
For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or VAT charges imposed by their respective governments. These charges are out of our control and vary by country.
If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, we’ll refund the product cost only, not the shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment has been processed.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Sad Nuggie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but not received.
We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the courier’s hands.
If your item arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our team immediately — we’ll help resolve the issue.
Returned Packages & Address Errors
It’s your responsibility to enter your correct shipping address.
If an address error is discovered after shipping, the package must be returned to us before we can reship it.
Returned orders can be reshipped once the new shipping fees have been paid.
If your package is returned or lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and arrange a solution.
Pre-Order Shipping
We recommend purchasing pre-ordered and in-stock items separately.
If they’re purchased together, the order will ship once all items are in stock.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything possible to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or courier issues.
Sad Nuggie Ltd. is not responsible for these delays once an order has shipped.
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will need to supply an alternate address.
