Refunds & Cancellations


All sales are final and non-refundable. Replacements or store credit will be offered in cases of damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items received.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@sadnuggie.com. We will assess the situation and do what we can to make it right. Unless otherwise stated, you will be solely responsible for all postage fees for the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Prices & Promotions

Our Nuggies love a good sale, but once your order is placed, that price is locked in. We don’t offer partial refunds or price adjustments if an item goes on sale later. Sale prices only apply during the promotion period. Thanks for understanding and keeping the Sad Nuggie adoption centre running smoothly.
