Okay to put this bluntly I have dealt with my package being delayed at least a couple weeks because of a very strange series of unfortunate events, first the package ended up with the wrong address so I ended up getting called by FedEx I tried to fix it on my end I couldn't fix all my end so I contacted the sad nuggie support and they were above and beyond helpful in the situation they helped change the address they looked into the issue and found out what went wrong and I am very satisfied with the amount of care they've given me and I can't say enough how much I appreciate everything they've done. I would 100% recommend buying from them because anybody that's willing to not only email me back within a day or two of getting my original email and are willing to follow up with the process and make sure my stuff is getting fixed is a excellent person to buy from.
